Ovation Ads are a chance for parents, friends, and family to applaud their student's involvement in Turpin Theatre. Ovation Ads are specially designed to be printed in the show's program. This form must be completed and returned to Ms. Tetlak in room 205.

Checks should be written out to FHSD.

The Production Contract is a guideline of expectations for involvement in Turpin Theatre. Students and parents must sign. This form must be completed and returned to Ms. Kean's mailbox. 

Please include a $35 production fee; checks should be written out to FHSD.

This form collects all necessary information about each student for TTBA to provide show shirts, tech week meals, and other services. This form must be completed and returned at the parent meeting or to the TTBA mailbox in the auditorium

All students performing in a production

need to purchase a student stage makeup

kit for personal use. This ensures proper

hygiene practices backstage.

We will collect all completed paperwork, fees, and order forms.

Students must wear a black t-shirt (no logos, text, etc.) for headshot photographs for lobby display and programs. 


Participation form and participation fee for TTBA can be turned in through the mailbox in the auditorium. Turn in photo CD order and spiritwear can also be submitted through this mailbox.


Production contracts, production fee, makeup kit orders, and ovation ad orders can be turned in to Ms. Tetlak (room 205).

Photo CDs are available to students and families to purchase. This form must be completed and returned to the TTBA mailbox in the auditorium.
